BOAT DETAILER
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Boat Detailer to join our team. The Boat Detailer will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining boats to ensure they look their best and are properly cared for.
Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Wash, wax, polish, and clean boats inside and out
Detail boat interiors, including seats, carpets, compartments, and dashboards
Clean and maintain fiberglass, vinyl, leather, metal, and other surfaces
Remove dirt, stains, oxidation, and scuffs
Apply waxes, protectants, and other detailing products
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Keep work areas, equipment, and supplies clean and organized
Safely operate detailing tools and equipment
Follow proper safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous boat detailing experience is preferred, but not required
Boat detailing or cleaning experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must take pride in quality workmanship
Requirements
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be comfortable working around water and on boats
Valid driver's license preferred
