Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception / Administrative Assistant at our office in Allen, TX. The Reception / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette, performing receptionist duties, clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting clients, managing appointments, assist financial planners, meeting preparation and follow up, and supporting the administrative needs of the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills for handling office tasks
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a busy office environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required.
