Summary
The Invoice Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices in support of the infrastructure projects within NTTA’s Project Delivery team. This role provides administrative support for contract and payment invoice management, including reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms, processing and distributing payments, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The position also supports contract administration activities and contributes to process improvements and training initiatives. This role reports to the Construction Engineering Manager.

Summary
The Invoice Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices in support of the infrastructure projects within NTTA’s Project Delivery team. This role provides administrative support for contract and payment invoice management, including reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms, processing and distributing payments, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The position also supports contract administration activities and contributes to process improvements and training initiatives. This role reports to the Construction Engineering Manager.
- Pay Range: $22.64 - $29.78 - $37.23***
- Retention Bonus: $2000***
- Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the United States immediately. This position is not available for H1-B visa sponsorships.
- Reviews payment invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the terms of the contract.
- Processes and distributes payment invoices to department staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Provides administrative support to review contracts, amendments, subcontracts, supplemental agreements, and time extensions.
- Audits payment invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the terms of the contract and governmental contracting rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Provides administrative support to include reviewing, processing, answering questions, and resolving invoicing issues.
- Administrative support practices include contract recordkeeping, contract billing procedures, and contract administration and management systems.
- Public relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with individuals and groups, both internal and external.
- Assist in implementing process and procedure updates and communicating those with external and internal staff.
- Implement training with internal and external staff for payment invoice processing.
Minimum:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in construction or professional services invoicing, or other relevant project administration experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of invoicing/project management software
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Construction Management, or related field
- Knowledge of government contracting regulations, and accounting and finance principles
- Knowledge of, or experience within, the construction or engineering industry
