NTTA has several internship opportunities at their Corporate Headquarters in Plano, Texas. The internship program is designed to allow interns to gain valuable skills through hands-on experience of the day-to-day operations of a successful toll road entity.

In this role, the L&D intern will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of corporate learning initiatives over a 12-week internship. This role offers hands-on experience in learning operations, data analysis, and program development within the public service environment.

- Pay: $18/hr.***
In this role, the L&D intern will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of corporate learning initiatives over a 12-week internship. This role offers hands-on experience in learning operations, data analysis, and program development within the public service environment.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course updates, learner tracking, and system organization
- Develop and deliver a training metrics report using LMS data, highlighting key insights and trends
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support the design of a new corporate learning program
- Compile findings and present recommendations to the HR/L&D team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or completion of junior or senior year towards an undergraduate/graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education).
- GPA of 2.5 is required.
- Possess excellent research and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication, organizational and technical skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Fast learner and team player with a willing to learn attitude, that is adaptive and receptive to various duties and assignments.
