- Welcomes all patients, visitors and guests to the facility in a professional and friendly manner.
- Knowledgeable of the hospital facility, policies and hospital services that are provided.
- Interacts professionally with patients and guests, providing information and directions.
- Represents and promotes the hospital facility in a positive and professional manner.
- Practices HIPAA. Ensures the confidentiality of patient records.
- Secures and monitors the Front Lobby during Visiting hours.
- Complies with regulatory requirements and all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
- Complies with policies and procedures regarding department operations, fire, safety and infection control.
- Communicates the mission, ethics and goals of the facility, as well as the focus statement of the department.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to type accurately with speed
- Able to use office machines efficiently
- High School graduate or equivalent.

- Prefers someone who has at least 6 months experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
- *Excellent customer services skills*
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional language a plus.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, or sit for long periods of time.
