Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal located in McKinney, TX. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Daily tasks also include managing case files, assisting attorney with trial preparation, calendaring deadlines, and maintaining organized records. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing excellent client service and legal support.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Proficient in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Skilled in Communication and Research
- Ability to work independently, while handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
