Client Experience & Scheduling Coordinator
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Justin, Texas
$19-$22 per hour, based on experience
North Texas High Performance is adding a brand-new role to help keep our customers informed, our schedule organized, and our daily shop workflow moving.
This is not just a receptionist position, and it is not a commissioned service advisor role. We are looking for an organized, dependable, automotive-minded person who communicates well, follows through, and enjoys working around performance cars.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming NTHP phone calls
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating drop-offs and pickups
• Monitoring active jobs and customer communication in Shopmonkey
• Following up with customers during and after service
• Helping obtain approvals, signatures, deposits, and payments
• Ordering parts and tracking incoming orders
• Keeping customer and vehicle information organized
• Responding to Facebook and Instagram messages and inquiries
• Posting completed projects, dyno results, shop updates, and available services
• Taking basic photos and short videos of vehicles and shop activity
• Helping turn phone and social-media inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Supporting management and technicians with related administrative tasks
The right person will be:
• Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone
• Extremely organized and dependable
• Comfortable communicating with both customers and technicians
• Familiar with automotive terminology and repair-shop workflow
• Interested in performance cars, trucks, modifications, or motorsports
• Able to manage several active tasks without losing track of follow-ups
• Comfortable using computers, text messaging, email, and social media
• Able to stay calm with frustrated customers without making promises the shop has not approved
Prior experience in an automotive repair shop, dealership service department, collision center, parts department, powersports shop, or similar business is strongly preferred.
Experience with Shopmonkey, Tekmetric, Mitchell, dealership software, automotive parts ordering, scheduling, or social-media management is a major plus.
This is a full-time, in-person position at our shop in Justin, Texas. It is not remote.
