Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-ups.
- Utilize a consultative approach to educate clients on insurance options tailored to their needs.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service and policy management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance (required)
- Current Property & Casualty License
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to learn and navigate computer systems efficiently
