Warehouse/Field Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Field Representative to support both warehouse operations and field service needs. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with field-based quality inspections and repair work for stone installations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both indoors and on job sites.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory

- Load and unload trucks with materials as needed

- Coordinate the movement of products throughout the warehouse

- Execute daily delivery and shipping plans, including storage of excess inventory

- Manage the flow of finished products and adjust storage assignments as needed

- Verify inventory availability for outgoing shipments

- Manually handle, repack, and restack pallets when necessary

- Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport materials

- Complete all required documentation, forms, and reports

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Field Responsibilities

- Conduct quality control inspections for stone installations

- Perform site visits to ensure timely and professional service

- Complete warranty service and minor repairs as directed

- Deliver and pick up materials from job sites as needed

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

- Document work with detailed notes and photos

- Represent the company professionally, maintaining a clean appearance and vehicle

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Valid driver’s license

- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to learn product codes and industry terminology quickly

- Understanding of warehouse operations and procedures

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in construction, home building, or remodeling preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Commitment to quality work and continuous improvement

- Masonry experience preferred

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods

- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Ability to navigate active job sites safely

- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs regularly

Schedule

- Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

- Hours may vary based on business needs

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
