Kennedys Heating and Air is looking for a Warehouse/Field Support Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, hardworking, clear communication and willing to help keep our warehouse, equipment and operations running smoothy in a timely manner. This role is a key support position that helps both our warehouse operations and field crews stay prepared and efficient each day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize warehouse inventory
- Stock materials, parts and equipment
- Pull and stage equipment and materials for upcoming jobs
- Keep warehouse clean, orderly, and job ready
- Assist with loading and uploading materials and equipment
- Help ensure all jobs are properly prepared for field crews
- Support basic grounds keeping and shop cleanliness
- Assist with general shop and operational tasks as needed
- Help maintain a clean, safe and professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to lift heavey equipment/materials
- Ability to stay organized and work independently
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- HVAC, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be flexible and willing to assist where needed.
- Must have a drivers license
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
