Essential Job Functions:
- World Famous Friendly Customer service
- Taking Inventory
- Writing & reviewing all orders for accuracy.
- Receiving product
- Meat cutting and wrapping
- Clean-up and sanitation
- Stocking meat counter
- Putting product away in cooler and freezer
- Coaching department team members for performance improvement.
- Assist with the creation of department work schedules
- Weekly Computer-Paperwork
- Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
Knowledge Skills Needed:
- World famous friendly attitude with customers & team members.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to create a “team” atmosphere.
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach & direct team members.
