Technical Certifications & Licensing:
- NICET Level II or III
- CA License (Blue Card)
- Electrical Background
Industry Experience:
- 5 years in the fire alarm industry, specifically with commercial or residential (Multi-Family) systems.
- At least 1–2 years of experience leading a crew & managing contractor relations
- Proficient with major brands such as Silent Knight, Fire-Lite or Potter.
Core Competencies:
- Expert-level ability to interpret plans, risers, and wiring schematics.
- Master of using multimeters and laptops to diagnose complex ground faults and communication errors.
- Understanding of NFPA 72 and NFPA 70.
Leadership & Skills:
- Ability to manage labor hours, budget, material ordering, and dailies through Procore.
- Interfacing with GC's, Fire Marshals, and clients during final inspections.
- Ensuring the crew follows NSE Safety procedures, OSHA standards and maintains a clean job site.
- OSHA 10 & OSHA 30
- Experience with Mass Notification Systems or integrated security platforms.
- Computer skills for programming panels and submitting digital reports.
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
