Coordinate with district and branch managers to explore possible means of execution and marginal solutions
Manage data specifications and consistencies
Buying behavior re-classifications
Reviewing, approving, reevaluating price requests and changes
Ability to manage teams and guide them in segments, position them in proper segmentation
Implement ways to drive a successful company
Remain on duty when under pressure
Oversee price structures, reduce when necessary
Demonstrate price improvements from price analysts
Provide formal and informal training based on price relation
Perform all Job duties
Qualifications
4 year degree with at least 3 years of equivalent experience
A strong background and relevant experience in pricing structures, Electrical product knowledge consisting of: electrical operations, electrical components, electromechanical products, and Microsoft Excel and Access
Phenomenal leadership skills along with the ability to teach and help Professionals
Manage various responsibilities, remain organized
Analytic skills
Strategic thinking, excellent oral communication and ensuring pricing is accurate for customers
Ability to work and multitask in a fast paced environment
