Job Overview

North Star Cleaning Services is seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented cleaning professionals for a part-time independent contractor opportunity. We specialize in Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning throughout East Dallas, Northeast Dallas, Southeast Dallas, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and detail-clean assigned properties.
• Follow job-specific cleaning checklists and ensure properties meet quality expectations.
• Communicate promptly regarding job progress, property concerns, or additional cleaning needs.
• Treat clients' properties with care while maintaining professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Preferably 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience, especially in short-term rentals, residential cleaning, or post-construction environments.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must carry general liability insurance and provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including bending, lifting equipment, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Estimated earning potential: $20–$40 per hour, depending on job size, cleaning requirements, and individual efficiency. This is an estimated equivalent earning range, not an hourly wage or guarantee.
• Daily pay: Get paid after each completed job, according to the agreed-upon payment terms.
• Flexible scheduling: Share your availability and accept assignments that fit your schedule.
• 100% of tips: All tips go directly to you.

This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not traditional hourly employment. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, business expenses, insurance, transportation, and cleaning supplies. No employee benefits are provided.

A short paid trial cleaning assignment is required before the first regular assignment. Trial compensation and terms will be communicated in advance.

We are primarily seeking cleaning professionals who can service:

• East Dallas and surrounding communities
• Northeast Dallas and surrounding communities
• Southeast Dallas and surrounding communities
• Nearby areas, including Forney, Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett, Rockwall, and other locations depending on assignment availability
