Purpose:
Under direction from the Scheduling and Student Support Manager, Chief Pilot, and General Manager the Liaisons will perform the tasks set forth for adequate performance of tasks listed herein. The Schedulers will support a group of instructors and their students ensuring accurate scheduling based on availability of resources, instructors and students
Tasks:
- Helping ensure accurate tracking and upkeep of student records in compliance with FARs and standard operating procedures.
- TSA student coordination throughout the process of application and maintaining clearances.
- Ensuring proper coordination with TSA and 49CFR1552 of proper student and employee documentation with yearly audits
- Student progression reports and facilitation of needs for students that fall behind in conjunction with DFSO.
- General Awareness of the I.C.E. programs applications, progressions, and compliance with all applicable parties
- Scheduling and tracking of stage checks to be fully efficient with the time scheduling when it comes to student needs.
- Communication between student progression and the DFSO to ensure attention is being given to the needed areas.
