Your Impact: Championing Empathy and Transparency
As the welcoming face of North Springs, you set the tone for the entire patient experience. You won’t just be processing paperwork; you’ll be the steady hand and clear voice that connects worried pet owners with our life-saving medical team. Your communication skills will provide "Open Clinic" transparency, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and informed from the moment they enter our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compassionate Coordination: Guide clients through intake paperwork, financial arrangements, and emergency care protocols in a high-stress environment.
- Clinical Communication: Recognize life-threatening symptoms to facilitate immediate triage for patients in need.
- Information Management: Master our practice software to maintain, edit, and transfer complex patient records, profiles, invoices, and estimates.
- Hospital Stewardship: Uphold our high cleanliness standards by disinfecting all areas of the hospital, including exam rooms, reception, and waiting areas.
- Team Unity: Contribute to a positive, productive, and supportive culture that fosters continuous learning and personal growth.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, DEA, AAHA, low-stress handling, etc.).
What You Bring:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer and typing skills with a willingness to master specialized veterinary software.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a commitment to uphold the high standards of an AAHA-accredited facility.
- Resilience: Ability to remain professional and empathetic in high-volume, high-stress emergency situations.
Pay & Shift Differentials:
- Base Rate: $18.00 – $22.00/hour
- Swing Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
- Overnight Shift Differential: $4.00/hour
