Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Therapist

Now Hiring a Licensed, Full-time Therapist position in our PHP Outpatient department!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
• Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision.
• Coordinates multifamily/group/family education groups.
• Participate in staff training, as needed.
• On call/weekend coverage, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility.

Compensation package: Highly competitive salary. Employee benefits available including health and related insurance after 30 days, 21 days per year Paid Time Off available after 90 days, and a 401(k) Plan with a company match.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education).
• Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Or, must be resident in counseling.
• Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
