How You’ll Make an Impact
You’ll be the "boots on the ground" expert ensuring every project is a success.
- Lead the Standard: Conduct real-time inspections during installation to ensure everything is built to perfection.
- Problem Solve: Identify potential hurdles before they become issues and collaborate with teams to find solutions.
- The Final Word: Perform critical final inspections, documenting the high-quality results our customers rely on.
- Versatility: Support various project milestones and maintain safety and quality standards, regardless of the elements.
- Other duties as assigned
- The Basics: 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- The Foundation: At least one year of relevant field experience.
- The Expert Touch (Preferred): QC experience or an Associate’s degree in a related field.
- Industry Savvy: A solid understanding of telecom construction and customer installation standards.
- Resilience: Comfortable working independently in various weather conditions, handling physical tasks (lifting up to 55 lbs), and staying flexible for overtime/on-call needs to get the job done.
- Quality control experience preferred
- Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
- Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation
- Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walking, climb stairs, use keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally: work at heights, use ladder, life greater than 55 pounds
