Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for the civil area of law ? Our small, fast-paced, full-service law firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Assist attorneys in case preparation and trial support
- Manage client communications and maintain case files
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Schedule court appearances and meetings
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- A paralegal certificate or degree
- Proven experience in civil law
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in legal software and research tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
