Mission: North Range Behavioral Health provides compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges.

Values:

  • Customer First: We help our customers achieve recovery, every day.

  • Collaboration: We build strong relationships, internally and externally, to ensure effective care for our  customers.

Qualifications:

About the Role:

When mental health challenges escalate into moments of crisis, communities deserve responses rooted in compassion, safety, and understanding, not limited to emergency rooms, detox centers, or jail. At North Range Behavioral Health, we believe there is a better way.

Through our Co-Responder Program, mental health clinicians work side-by-side with first responders to transform how communities respond to behavioral health crisis. Instead of responding to 911 calls along, law enforcement and emergency personnel can request a Co-Responder Clinician to assist on scene or provide follow-up support when behavioral health needs are identified.

North Range Behavioral Health is proud to have more than three years of successful Co-Responder Collaboration with the Evans Police Department, and Greeley Police Department, and to be an active partner is Squad 1, an innovative partnership with the Greeley Fire Department and the North Colorado Health Alliance Care Management Team. These models shift the paradigm from reaction to connection, ensuring individuals receive the right support at the right time.

As Weld County continues to lead the way in reimagining crisis response, North Range is expanding Co-Responder partnerships across Frederick, Firestone, Dacono, Mead, Eaton, Ault, Severance, Windsor, and Nunn. This growth reflects our communities’ shared commitment to people centered care and collaborative problem-solving.

This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
