AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER – MEDICAL ASSISANT
North Queens Surgical Center is looking for a full-time Medical Assistant to join our multispecialty, AAAHC accredited ambulatory surgery located in Bayside, New York.
Ambulatory Services Provided:
Ophthalmology
Orthopedics
Pain Management
Podiatry
ENT / Plastics
Urology
Requirements:
- Experience working in an outpatient setting
- Must have Medical Assistant Certification
- Must have current BLS certification

Experience Required / Duties:
- Ambulatory surgery center: 1-2 years perferred
- Conduct patient phone assessments
- Understanding Lab values, EKGs, Medical histories
- Ability to reports abnormal values to nurse and anesthesia
