Regional Director of Facilities Management
We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee maintenance and facility operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in Southwestern Florida. This role ensures our buildings meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Note: Candidates must have previous SNF or LTC experience in a regional or district-level facilities management role to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support facility-level maintenance teams across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with all CMS, OSHA, NFPA, and life safety regulations.
Oversee preventive maintenance, vendor contracts, and regional budgets.
Manage renovations, capital projects, and facility upgrades.
Provide training, mentorship, and promote accountability among maintenance staff.
Serve as the regional point of contact during emergencies and coordinate disaster response.
Qualifications
Required:
5 years of facilities management experience in SNF or LTC settings.
Proven multi-site leadership at the regional or district level.
Strong knowledge of life safety codes and healthcare regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel throughout Southwestern Florida and provide on-call support.
Preferred:
Certification in Healthcare Facility Management (CHFM) or equivalent.
Experience managing budgets and capital improvement projects.
