Your Mission as an Activities Director:
Design and run therapeutic and recreational activities that get residents moving, laughing, and connecting
Create individual and group programs that are both fun and purposeful
Manage the recreation budget with smart, efficient, and impactful planning
Lead, inspire, and supervise a strong team of assistants and volunteers
Bring fresh, innovative ideas that elevate the resident experience every day
What You’ve Got:
Previous activities experience — SNF experience preferred, but we’re open to training a strong candidate with a solid activities background
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation (or related field)
At least 3 years of experience as an Activities Director or equivalent leadership experience
CTRS certification (or related credential) preferred
A genuine passion to uplift, motivate, and engage residents
