Title: Technology Assistant
Qualifications:
Ability to work cooperatively with staff and students.
Ability to follow through on projects with timely completion.
Attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with OS X, ChromeOS, and Windows configuration.
Experience with Networking and Wireless.
Practical working knowledge of computers, operating systems, hardware, peripherals, networking, and software.
Training and experience in computer/software troubleshooting.
Reports to: Director of Technology
Compensation: $21.06 – 27.75 per hour, based on qualifications
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Job Goal: To provide information technology services throughout the district for students and staff.
General Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance for computer equipment, peripherals, and other technical equipment.
Provide support for Macintosh, Windows, iOS, iPads, Chromebooks, Phones, and other technical systems.
Manage configuration and deployment of devices and applications
Install, troubleshoot, update, and maintain operating systems and other software.
Maintain records of computers and jobs completed.
Work with and support needs of diverse groups, including students and staff.
Configure and deploy new or replacement computers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed while sitting or standing.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Education Requirements:
