We support long term engineering and IT programs and are launching a new partnership with a Fortune 500 manufacturing and automotive company.This is a contract recruiting role focused on hard to fill technical positions tied to plant operations, SAP systems, and manufacturing IT. We are looking for someone who knows how to hunt for niche profiles and move quickly.What you will work onYou will source and recruit candidates for roles such asSAP configuration and SAP ABAPSAP data engineers focused on migration and master dataManufacturing and supply chain project managersControls engineers with PLC and automation experienceManufacturing IT and plant floor technology rolesIOT and industrial data rolesYou will identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network. You will screen candidates for experience, communication skills, and pay expectations. All candidates will be submitted directly into our ATS. You will provide daily updates on pipeline progress and work closely with leadership to prioritize roles.What we are looking forExperience recruiting in manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering, or SAP environmentsBackground working for a staffing agency or engineering services firmComfort sourcing passive candidates and niche technical skill setsUnderstanding of contract staffing and W2 placementsAbility to produce consistent weekly candidate outputStrong communication and follow throughThis is not a corporate HR role.
