North Point Technology is hiring a Mission Trainer (Lead) to support our INSCOM Data Capabilities Division team. This role is ideal for a professional who has trained analysts or operators in intelligence systems and can translate complex workflows into effective, mission-ready training.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training for intelligence systems, tools, and mission workflows
- Train analysts and operators on data ingestion, exploitation, and dissemination processes
- Create training materials including SOPs, guides, and course content
- Conduct onboarding and sustainment training in SCIF environments
- Support mission exercises, simulations, and readiness events
- Identify training gaps and continuously improve training effectiveness
- Provide direct support to end users during system adoption and upgrades
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- 5 years of experience in intelligence training, operations, or mission support
- Experience training users on intelligence systems such as DCGS-A or similar platforms
- Strong communication and instructional skills in classified environments
- Experience working directly with analysts or operators in mission settings
- Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army intelligence training programs
- Background in ISR, PED, or intelligence operations
- Experience building structured training programs or curriculum
- Military background in intelligence with instructor or trainer experience
