Dissemination Specialist (Lead)

North Point Technology is hiring a Dissemination Specialist (Lead) to support our INSCOM Data Capabilities Division team. This role is ideal for an intelligence professional who thrives in SCIF environments, understands dissemination workflows, and ensures timely delivery of intelligence products across classified networks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the dissemination of intelligence products across JWICS, SIPRNET, and other classified systems
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of ISR and analytical outputs to mission stakeholders
• Maintain dissemination workflows, routing processes, and access controls
• Coordinate with analysts, system teams, and mission partners to ensure product availability
• Validate classification markings and ensure compliance with dissemination policies
• Troubleshoot dissemination failures and resolve delivery issues in real time
• Track dissemination status and maintain auditability of product distribution
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• 5 years of experience in intelligence operations, dissemination, or watchfloor environments
• Experience operating in SCIF environments supporting mission operations
• Familiarity with classified networks including JWICS and SIPRNET
• Experience with intelligence systems such as DCGS-A or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of classification, handling, and dissemination protocols
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army intelligence units
• Experience in ISR, PED, or intelligence production environments
• Familiarity with dissemination tools or cross-domain workflows
• Background as a military intelligence analyst or contractor in a similar role
