What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and all front desk operations
- Deliver top-tier service that creates unforgettable guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and positivity
- Collaborate with a dynamic, high-energy team in a lively downtown setting
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service or front desk experience
- Strong interpersonal skills — you're outgoing, approachable, and energized by people
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, even during busy shifts
- Someone who loves getting their steps in! This is an on-your-feet job
- Previous Marriott brand experience and FOSSE knowledge highly desired
