North Point Hospitality is seeking a strategic, results-driven sales leader to drive performance and lead a dynamic team at our landmark TriBrand property—just two blocks from Broadway.
This isn’t a typical hotel. It’s the first-ever Marriott TriBrand in the world, bringing together:
- AC Hotels (209 rooms)
- Residence Inn (172 rooms)
- SpringHill Suites (125 rooms)
506 rooms. 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. One unified commercial strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute revenue and sales strategy across all three brands
- Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Drive new business while growing existing accounts
- Build long-term, value-based client relationships
- Analyze market trends and position the property for continued success
What You Bring
- 5 years of hotel sales experience
- Proven success driving revenue and achieving sales goals
- Leadership experience (Marriott or Hilton preferred)
- Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills
