Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of meals and snacks according to established menus and recipes.
- Serve meals to resident in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist residents with mealtime needs, including special deits or dietary restrictions.
- Set up dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and porper arrangement of utensils and supplies.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dining rooms, and kitchen equipment.
- Stock and restock supplies, including plates, utensils, condiments, and beverages.
- Assist with special events, holiday meals, or resident activities involving food service.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
- CBRF Certifications preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards seniors.
- Ability to lift and move safely as required.
- Understand and practice standard precautions at all times.
- Availability to work 3pm - 7pm, including every other weekend and holiday.
- Must pass background check.
