Fish Cleaner
- Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025
- Schedule: Seasonal- Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 4:30pm-9pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up fish station
- Clean trout as they are caught
- Ensure Concessions are stocked with product.
- Refill items that require prepping.
- Clean the kitchen during downtime.
- Clean various kitchen equipment as needed, including cleaning and draining the fryer and disposing of the grease appropriately.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements
- 17 years of age or older.
- Must possess basic cooking skills and have a basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing in a kitchen setting.
- Must possess good knife skills.
- Must possess knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members
- This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of company policy and procedures, state regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities
- Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Minnesota Racing Commission gaming license
Physical, intellectual and environmental conditions:
- Ability to lift 35-50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including night, weekends and holidays
- Strong multitasking skills with additional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, bending and lifting, pushing and pulling. This is a very active position.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts in a crowded noisy, hot and occasionally humid environment
