Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of residential programs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage a team of residential staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to enhance program offerings and resources.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families, guardians, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Required Education:

- Experience in supervising staff and managing budgets effectively.
