Job Purpose:
- The Bilingual Program Manager - Residential at North Metro Community Services Inc is responsible for overseeing and managing residential programs. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing program strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of residential programs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage a team of residential staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to enhance program offerings and resources.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families, guardians, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance and outcomes to senior management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and growth of residents and staff.

Qualifications:

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management within a residential services setting.
- Proven track record of managing and developing residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing budgets effectively.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving program goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Spanish, for effective interaction with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proficient in using program management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
