About this position
Supervisor for Inpatient Teams (ClinDoc, Orders, ED, Stork)
As an IT Supervisor of Corporate Applications, you will lead a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting both on-premises and SaaS applications, ensuring their reliability, performance, and alignment with business objectives. You will evaluate and provide performance coaching and development guidance to staff, supporting their growth and continuous improvement of their work quality and productivity. The role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of IT services within the organization. The supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
Education
- BA/BS in information technology, healthcare, or a related business field, or at least 5 years of related work experience.
Experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and influence others.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Understanding of healthcare processes and application system coordination.

Salary Range: N27 ($50.64 - $75.95), based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
STI Bonus Eligible: True 10%
