• The Restaurant Manager is responsible for cultivating and developing an exciting, positive, results-based culture for the restaurant. Must possess strong personal organization, genuine hospitality, and care for staff.Must have a true passion for the restaurant industry.

Job Overview:* Completing management administrative duties including operations reports, financial documentation, guest correspondence, human resources / staff management paperwork, operations evaluations, standard operating procedures, safety and sanitations checklists, and PR/marketing tasks Skills/Knowledge Required

• Up to date with the latest social media trends
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive working culture for all team members.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of the guest experience.
• Actively interact with guests and staff during operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service oriented and proactive. Ability to maintain positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Is FRIENDLY, engaging, gracious has the ability to focus and connect with guests at all levels and employees and exceed their expectations.
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
• Participate in teamwork and assist other employees when needed.
• Maintain a fun and energetic attitude at all times.
• Build loyal customer base REPEAT BUSINESS
• Overseas operations in compliance with legal and regulatory agency requirements
• Able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Food service and Bassett certificates must be current at time of hire.
• Can work with prolonged standing and mobility 8-12 hours
• Experience: Over 3 years of hospitality/restaurant management experience
• Pay: Based on experience/ negotiable
