FOH Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Front of House Restaurant Manager who can help cultivate a positive, high-energy culture while delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.

Responsibilities
• Lead and support front-of-house operations during service
• Create and maintain a positive, team-focused work environment
• Ensure consistency and quality of the guest experience
• Interact with guests and resolve concerns professionally
• Assist with scheduling, staff management, and team development
• Complete administrative duties including reports, ordering, inventory, and documentation
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
• Assist with marketing initiatives and stay current with social media trends
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years restaurant or hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• Friendly, engaging personality with the ability to connect with guests and staff
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
• Food Service and BASSET certifications required
Additional Requirements
• Ability to stand and move for 8–12 hour shifts
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
Compensation
Pay: Based on experience (negotiable)
