What you’ll do as an Account Manager:
- Work directly with customers to present and sell Verizon services in person
- Learn the full sales process from start to finish as an Account Manager
- Build trust with customers by understanding needs and recommending Verizon solutions
- Support customer acquisition and retention for our Verizon campaigns
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to hit daily and weekly goals
- Participate in hands-on training focused on sales, customer interaction, and leadership
- Grow into mentoring and coaching responsibilities as an Account Manager
- Help maintain a team environment centered around customer success and Verizon standards
