This Entry Level Account Manager position focuses on supporting customers with essential connectivity services, driving new account growth, and delivering an excellent account customer experience from start to finish.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will receive hands-on training designed to help you develop strong sales fundamentals while building meaningful, long-term customer relationships. The Entry Level Account Manager will work directly with local customers, helping them understand their home internet and connectivity options, assisting with account setup, and ensuring they feel confident in their service decisions.
Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Meet with customers face-to-face to assess their connectivity needs and recommend appropriate service options.
- Present service plans clearly and professionally to encourage informed decision-making.
- Assist customers through the account enrollment and activation process to ensure accuracy and a smooth start accurately representing the company as an Entry Level Account Manager.
- Maintain follow-up communication to ensure satisfaction and strengthen ongoing account relationships.
- Address general service or billing questions in a helpful and timely manner.
- Build strong community relationships that encourage referrals and continued account growth.
