Sales Representative | Entry Level

Sales Representatives at North Inc showcase and sell products and using the highest level of interpersonal communication skills. This job involves face-to-face sales interactions with customers. We are looking for individuals who are interested in growing and developing within a company and have the leadership skills for rapid advancement.

Each Sales Representative hired will get personalized training in various areas of business, including, but not limited to:

• leadership development
• sales and marketing
• customer-facing, sales relations
• customer service and customer acquisition

Initial Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• work directly with customers (in-person) to discuss and support their needs in a service-based industry
• utilize the best technology the industry can offer for better customer service and delivery
• work directly with the management team on individual training and sales development
• this job involves in-person sales to new customers
• meet weekly sales targets

Additional Job Requirements for the Sales Representative Position:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter
• 0-3 years previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred
• Team-oriented with leadership qualities
