We are seeking an experienced and driven Surgery Center Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight for our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who is passionate about patient care, team development, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement. The Surgery Center Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, exceptional patient experiences, and a positive team culture.

What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our ophthalmic surgery center.
- Coordinate surgical schedules, physician availability, and patient flow to ensure efficient operations.
- Support and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize workflows and patient care.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, and organizational standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support uninterrupted surgical services.
- Monitor operational metrics including OR utilization, productivity, patient satisfaction, staff performance, and quality outcomes.
- Prepare reports, board packets, and operational dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, patient safety, and exceptional service.
