What You'll Do:
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist the podiatrist during in-office procedures
- Take vital signs, document patient history, and update medical records
- Assist with minor procedures, in-office treatments, and patient education
- Maintain exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage medical supplies
- Provide excellent patient care while supporting smooth daily clinical operations
- Work closely with our front office and clinical team to ensure a positive patient experience
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality
- Utilize the Oracle EHR system for accurate patient data entry and retrieval
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced medical office
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Medical Assistant certificate is preferred but not required — we provide full paid training for the right candidate
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Oracle EHR systems is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour
