North Hill Bakery, a rapidly expanding Ohio-based company known for its incredibly delicious sourdough crackers (www.thenorthhillbakery.com), is seeking a friendly dependable Part-Time In-Store Product Representative to introduce shoppers to our products at local grocery stores.

You’re outgoing, enjoy talking with people, and feel comfortable starting conversations with shoppers. You're reliable, can work independently, and are excited to represent a local bakery.
Applicant age 18 and older are preferred. No previous sales or sampling experience is required—we’ll help you get familiar with our products!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an In-Store Product Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Traveling to grocery stores in the Northeast Ohio area for scheduled sampling events.
- Set up an inviting sampling station and clean up afterward
- Offer samples and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
- Share product information, answer questions, and direct shoppers to where they can purchase our crackers.
- Following food safety procedures when handling and serving samples.
- Coordinate with other staff to keep sampling events running smoothly.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:
This is a part-time position with approximately 4-8 hours per week.
- Hourly pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Mid-day weekend shifts based on scheduled store events.
- Training provided: No prior experience required.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
