What YOU'LL DO:
As a baker, you'll be instrumental in various stages of our cracker production. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing large batches of sourdough cracker dough.
- Baking crackers to our exacting standards.
- Ensuring all food safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Supporting overall bakery operations as needed.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
This is a part-time position with 12-20 expected hours per week.
- Hourly Pay: Starting from $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Flexible Schedule: Mornings and afternoons, Monday - Friday with optional weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
