You Will
- Lead large, complex programs or multiple concurrent engagements, with cross-functional teams of 10 people.
- Drive business development, account leadership, and solution delivery (change management, project management, and technology) across the Life Sciences sector.
- Develop creative, client-focused solutions that deliver long-term success.
- Build and leverage client and team relationships to drive results and fuel growth.
- Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through our holistic consulting approach.
- Demonstrable mid-level management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience. Previous experience in Life Sciences is a plus.
- Experience growing client accounts, with a proven history of delivering measurable results.
- Ability to establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to design simple solutions for complex challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A track record of mentoring and developing talent, with a focus on team growth and leadership.
- A proactive mindset, with a history of taking initiative to drive business and team success.
- This role requires working on the client site three days per week.
