We're seeking a Change Consultant in Houston for our Energy and Utilities practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. This is a 6-month assignment. Onsite 4-5 days a week in Houston, TX

Summary
As a Change Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change within our clients' organizations. You Will
- Partner with clients to assess their unique challenges and develop tailored change management strategies
- Facilitate workshops, training programs, and communication initiatives to engage employees and build buy-in for transformative changes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new processes and technologies
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of organizational change
- 5 years of experience in a strategic change management role, preferably within the oil and gas industry
- Demonstrated expertise in leading successful change initiatives, from assessment to implementation
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and devise innovative solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Passion for driving transformative change and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
