You Will
- Document and represent the requirements in transformation planning and decision-making forums
- Update the operating model and ways of working to reflect changes as they are introduced
- Serve as the consistent team voice throughout the fiscal year, maintaining continuity as the transformation evolves
- Translate between technical and business teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Leverage your expertise in apparel, product management, and emerging technologies like AI to drive the transformation forward
- Extensive experience as a director-level consultant in the apparel industry
- Strong understanding of the technical capabilities and operational processes within apparel
- Demonstrated experience as a business product manager, bridging the gap between technology and business requirements
- Familiarity with AI and other emerging technologies, and how they can be leveraged to modernize apparel systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A passion for driving change and a proven track record of successful transformation initiatives
