Must have strong experience in stakeholder engagement (needs to build relationship/trust). Must be onsite 3-4 days per week so candidate must be located in the Philly area.

You Will
- Lead change management activities to drive employee engagement and adoption
- Develop change management materials as outlined in the strategic communications and training plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to change
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders
- Demonstrate a calm and proactive approach to managing change in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Relevant experience in a change management role in a consulting or professional services environment preferred
- Management Consulting experience.
- Prosci Certification or comparable Change Management Certification.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to move work forward
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
