At NGPR, our sales reps regularly earn $80K–$150K per year, with top performers going well beyond that. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, giving you the freedom to control your schedule and your income.

What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking
- Inspect roofs and identify storm damage
- Help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process
- Manage your jobs from inspection to completion
- Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business
