About the Role:

We are seeking an Overnight Adolescent Direct Care Worker to join our North Georgia Angel House Inc. team in Canton, GA. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and contribute to our mission of creating a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk females. The candidate must be able to make decisions autonomously, exercising excellent judgment and maintaining personal boundaries. The position is 11 pm - 9 am.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor adolescent residents during overnight hours by making 15-minute checks throughout the shift
• Implement and enforce house rules and policies
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention as needed
• Document and report any incidents or behavioral concerns
• Assist with daily living activities and chores
• Routine cleaning of common areas
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with adolescents in a residential setting
• Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
