We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers for the spring and summer months. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in working with youth who have diverse behavioral needs and who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.
If you have a background in education, behavior support, or youth development—and enjoy mentoring, guiding, and supporting teens—this is a unique opportunity to extend your impact beyond the classroom in a structured, supportive home environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with youth with challenging behaviors (preferred)
- Strong skills in monitoring, prompting, redirecting, and de-escalation
- A patient, structured, and flexible approach to care
- Knowledge of caregiving and youth development practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of youth
