What are the responsibilities and job description for the Habitat Restoration Technician position at North Fork Native Plants?
We are in need of more people to help us with our fall installation projects. Tasks will include planting various native plants, installing wildlife fence, hand seeding, and using various hand tools. Be prepared to work outside all day in various weather conditions (rain, snow or shine). Crews will meet at our nursery each day and use company vehicles to drive out to the project site. Many projects sites are not located in Rexburg, and require overnight travel during the work week. Lodging is provided for project sites that require it, and per diem is paid for the days we are gone. We anticipate working 10 hours a day Monday through Friday. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
